1st day at school

After a false start (we went a day early!), it was off to school finally after all this time of talking about it. Please note the shorts - this is the only day they have been worn!

Tris seems to be enjoying it but there's a whole new routine to learn and a new lingo of PE, assembly and 'pots of gold' (the ultimate accolade for good children is to get your name on this pot of gold). It's quite constraining too for us all, after few days Tristan (on seeing a sunny day start) was saying "oh I don't have to go again do I?" - poor thing I don't think he has any concept of how long "at least 13 more years" is going to last!
