The men having a mid morning nap after all that watching football on the tele.
Tristan is still not a great sleeper. He sleeps from 7pm until about 4.30 and then cries until he gets milk and manages a further 2 hours. He's not that keen at sleeping during the day either and now that he is cutting down on milk I can be seen driving around most mornings humming manically!
