The French in the UK

Papi and Mami came over to visit to help with me settling back into work (aka hot food on the table every evening and no ironing to do!)

Tristan went bowling. Manu was pretty upset that his mother won - he (bad sportsman) blamed it on having barriers up on either side of the lane which did favour more of a bouncing off the side technique!

It was a really hot week (perhaps that was summer)

So we took advantage of it (plus cheap foreign labour!) to paint all the wood in the garden. We are now regretting having so much wood!

Talking of cheap foreign labour - we took the inlaws to see the Cannes Locks (made by French prisoners of war).

We went to the fair and Tris and Manu went on the dodgem cars - note Tristan's imaginary steering wheel!!
